For Photoshoots:

I prefer to book shoots at least a few weeks out. This gives us time to discuss and arrange the shoots as well as the locations. The only exception to this is when booking for conventions so long as I still have a space in my schedule.

Comic Cons / Convention shoots will be limited to 20 Minutes.

On-location shoots are normally a minimum of 1 hour due to the time it takes to travel and set up.

All photos and copyrights belong to me the photographer. After doing a shoot with me, I will give you a limited license to use the photos on social media and for other non-commercial purposes.

If you intend to use these photos for commercial purposes which earn you money (selling prints, etc). That will be an additional fee for the print release.

Neither license extends to 3rd parties. If you wish to be featured in a TV show, major magazine, or by some other 3rd party company, the 3rd party must contact me directly to arrange and pay for a license.

On the flip side, I retain all rights to sell or use your images. However, I will contact you to inform you of what I am doing with it if the use extends past social media or marketing. If you are uncomfortable with any use of your images, please contact me and we can discuss it.

I will never dramatically alter or distort photos of you. I will always credit you and link to the website or social media account of your choice.

When using any of my photos (with or without a watermark) you must credit me and link to this website or one of my social media accounts.
